Concert Series

Our concert season provides four concerts, most of which will be performed at Rockland Community Church in Genesee, Colorado.

Special Concert Events

We have two special concerts in addition to the standard series. These concerts are designed to reach out to our community to introduce the joy of music into the hearts of the younger generations.

We will again be sponsoring our highly successful Mountain Area Orchestra Festival in which local music students will enjoy the opportunity of joining the orchestra on stage for a special performance. The Mountain Area Orchestra Festival, supported by a grant from the Xcel Energy Foundation, is a collaboration between the Evergreen Chamber Orchestra and the instrumental music programs of Conifer High School, Evergreen High School, West Jefferson Middle School and Evergreen Middle School. Instrumental music students from these schools rehearse with the Evergreen Chamber Orchestra, and a joint concert is presented. The concert, 7 PM, at the Evergreen High School Auditorium, is open to the public, and there is no admission charge.

Our Young Person's Concert is performed during the spring in the beautiful Evergreen Lakehouse, on the shores of the Evergreen Lake, featuring music specifically selected to expose younger children to the orchestra. Also, supported by a grant from the Xcel Energy Foundation. Tickets are $3.00 at the door.

Home Recital Series

Our unique recital series is hosted in the informal setting of private homes in the Evergreen area and provides an intimate musical experience. These performances are limited in seating so reservations are required.

Ensembles for Special Events

The Orchestra also has several fine ensembles comprised of string, woodwind or brass which are available for private parties, weddings or other events. For more information on these ensembles please contact the orchestra.
